Angel’s new wheels
For Paws Hospice’s favorite girl Angel tried on her new/used wheels last Tuesday and immediately went for a test run – conclusion thats a fast 85 pound rotti, you go girl. Angel’s doing fine according to her mom Susan and now awaits a visit from a therapist. For Paws now has three dogs in wheelchair loan program, Bosco, Angel and last weekend Chai a beautiful golden retriever mix who is once again jogging with her owner. We need more donated wheelchairs we still have 2 applicants waiting and certainly more to come. If you would like to donate a wheel chair or other handicap aid to a disabled pet please contact ForPawsHospice@hotmail.com subject line: Bosco’s List. You may also call us at 727.639.9285 All recipient pets and their families receive the donated handicapped aids at no cost and use them as long as the need remains before returning the item to our database where it becomes available to match to another family.
